General Rusha Stays Rules
Requesting every Rusha resident to follow below rules to manage the operations smoothly. Any breach or violation will result to breach of agreement and result in the termination of the agreement.
Rent is to be paid on or before the 5th of every month. If rent is not paid by mentioned date then a late fee of Rs.150 will be applicable from the 6th day of the month till the day you clear your due rent.
If the rent is still unpaid till the 17th of the month , then owner have the right to ask resident to leave, ceasing the deposit made by resident.
You can choose to pay online via Paytm or UPI or cash.
The Resident need to pay Rs 1500 in case of returned/bounced cheque or declined payment in case of insufficient funds.
Rent does not include electricity, Laundry and co-working charges.
In-case you are planning to vacate the room then Resident need to inform the concerned SPOC atleast minimum 1/one month in advance. This has to be followed to ensure smooth functioning to your co-members/co-mates. Incase if Resident failed to do so then security amount will not be refunded.
In-case you are planning to vacate the room before the scheduled move - out date. In that case, rent is not paid for the remaining days, the balance amount will be adjusted from the security deposit.
If you decide to leave early, 1/ one month’s security deposit shall be forfeited. Extension of stay after your move-out date is totally at the discretion of Rusha.
The rent of the accommodation can increase with the prior notice to the Resident and owner has the right to discontinue discount, promotion or offer without notice and solely at owner’s discretion.
The security will be refunded within 20 days provided The Resident has given 1/one month notification in writing and considering damages, if any. At the same time, if the repairs are more than normal wear & tear the owner reserves the right to charge additional fee.
No animal & pets are allowed in the premises.
No political or religious gatherings are allowed.
The Paying guest shall not be permitted to consume alcohol, smoke cigarettes or any other narcotic substance in the premises.
The Paying guest shall keep the music / TV volume /Noise low and bare minimum after 10 pm.
We have the right to do spot check of the room without any prior notice.
The Resident shall safeguard the key,i.e,Door & Wardrobe key. In case of new key requirement 500/ inr will be chargeable for new key.
We are not responsible for any packages/parcels received. Kindly coordinate & collect the parcel from your delivery assistant.
We may ask the residents to move into another room in-case of any issue, problem, maintenance work or emergency.
Any service person like Plumber, Electrician may enter room when necessary under the supervision of Rusha representative. Having said that, we ensure your privacy & dignity for the same.
It may happen that we need to amend the rules as per the functioning & requirement and same will be informed via notice. Ignorance of any such changes to the rules will be accepted as an excuse for any breach of rules and regulations.
We provide a set of consumables like remote batteries, games etc. The same shall be maintained in good condition. Any loss or damage shall be borne by the Resident.
No sticking of posters on the wall is permitted.
Resident are responsible for their personal goods & valuables, any theft, fire or loss, will not be the responsibility of management, any such incident, however must be reported to the authorities on Immediate basis.
In case of any nuisance creation, concerned authorities have right to ask to vacate the premises.
The Resident is not allowed to move the fixtures & furnishing.
The Resident shall sign the contract and shall cooperate for his/her police verification and any other compliance as per rules.
We believe in equality and this is how we treat all our workers be it housekeeping, security, kitchen staff & others. We expect residents to maintain the same dignity.
The Resident behaviour should not be offensive to society or neighbours.
No Groupism/Ragging/ Harassment will be tolerated.
In case of any emergency crisis, the Resident must follow the guidelines of the Rusha Representative
Any resident who wish to invite a friend must seek for permission and will be responsible for his/her actions.
Playing loud music between 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM is strictly prohibited.
All residents of Rusha can enter/exit by punch in devices.
Being an Resident there is no time restrictions.
The Resident must keep their room & cupboard keys safely. In case of loss, they have to bear the loss.
The Resident do not have permission to move the furniture & furnishing of common area without the consent of Rusha representative.
The Resident will be liable to pay for the expenses or costs arising from use/misuse of the same by the resident, except for damages caused by normal wear and tear.
The Resident may use the lift in the building for access to the floors and may use the common areas provided that no disturbance whatsoever is caused to other guest staying in the building nor to the owners nor to the servants.
All visitor must register at the reception area and provide all required information & valid proofs..
If Resident room is individual and not shared then he/she may call visitor but if the room is on sharing basis then prior consent of other member is required. If roommate has objection then the visitor will be allowed till the reception or common area only.
Residents are allowed to invite the guests for overnight stay by requesting a guest booking in advance on a paid basis.
The Resident shall not cause any disturbance/Noise at any time and may permit guests or any outsider to enter the building only with the permission of owner. Prior information is mandatory incase any guest is planning to stay overnight.
The Resident shall be responsible for any damage caused by them or any other outsider invited by them or any outsider entered the building through them to the said room and to any of the furnitures and equipment therein And in such case the owner can deduct the cost of damages from the security of resident.
Bringing Visitor without registering with Security – 1000 inr per instance
Obstructing or changing view of CCTV Cameras – 1000 inr per instance
Lost Key Replacement – 500 inr per instance
Water Taps open in absence – 500 inr per instance
6.Overnight stays:
Parents – Once in month
Friends of same or opposite gender – Twice in month
**In case need to increase the tenure then need to pay 700 inr per individual per day.
In case any Resident is infected by communicable or any sort of critical illness then should inform the Rusha representative immediately to take precautionary measures.
The Resident shall not consume any medication inside the premises except which is prescribed by a registered medical practitioner.
The Resident are strictly not allowed to use the premises wi-fi facility for accessing pornography, for doing any sort of illegal work like faking IP, Pirated content, cheating by using someone else credentials, hacking and other.
One user can access the internet in limited devices at a time.
Bandwidth speed depends upon the service provider and the location. Speed will be limited per user and it can be changed, if required.
The Resident shall not install any cabling
We never promote and entertain consumption, distribution and possession of illegal substances or any sort of gambling or betting and if such happens then the contract will be considered under breach and the owner can immediately ask him/her to vacate the building without any prior notice and security will also be ceased.
The common areas are under the surveillance for Safety and security. Hence, advised to maintain the decorum.
You are free to click your moments but keep in mind about the privacy of another person.
The Resident shall inform the Rusha representative before dialling Police Emergency Services. We make sure to provide you a healthy environment.
While leaving the room premises, residents must ensure that they switch off all the lights, fans, electrical appliances including AC’s, heaters, geysers, mosquito -repellent machines.
In case of power being run on DG backup, usage of electrical items especially AC’s, Geysers, washing machines, elevators etc. will be restricted. Management can also take the liberty of revoking the electricity access of these temporarily to conserve power backup.
Residents should refrain from overloading the washing machine and the clothes to be unloaded immediately after usage.
The right type of bowls should be used inside a microwave to avoid any hazardous situation. Else the defaulter need to bear the loss.
It is the resident responsibility to ensure that the correct information is provided about the number of pieces of clothing given for laundry.
The following items will not be considered under laundry- Any delicate or expensive branded clothing, embroidered clothing, leather items, woollens, jackets.
Regular daily wear will be considered for laundry. For hygiene considerations, no underclothing & socks will be considered.
As per industry standards,100% stain-removal is not possible for certain type of stains, It may differ and depend on kind of stain.
Any discrepancy or damages in laundered garments need to be informed to Rusha representative within 6 hours of receiving the clothing.
The services of the housekeeping is restricted for Rusha’s work only and will not be open for personal services.
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene, cleaning of the room will take place in your absence. The residents must ensure their valuable are always safely placed in storage and the rooms are always locked.
If Resident observe any leakages then please inform the Rusha representative
Prepaid Electricity meters are placed for each room. They need to be recharged by an amount that is to be shared by all Resident of the room. It is expected that if one roommate is not present for a certain number of days while the other roommate continues to reside in the room, the electricity expense for the room will continue to be shared equally between the roommates, until mutually decided otherwise between the roommates based on their common understanding. The amounts payable will remain payable for the room, irrespective of the number of persons occupying the room. Any disputes between roommates related to billing or spitting electricity bill should be resolved amongst themselves and Rusha shall not interfere in such dispute.
All Resident are encouraged to consume all food items only in the designated cafeteria area.
Taking cafeteria cutlery & utensils outside the defined area is not allowed
Select dishes will served in limited quantities
If the food is ordered from out - side, then all leftovers & packaging materials should be disposed in dustbins
